Guman Fresh Choice is an online and offline shopping service offering fresh vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy products, and other household essentials, subject to availability.
Our initial service area is Chandrauta and nearby locations in Kapilvastu, Nepal. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Guman Fresh Choice reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
All products are subject to availability.
Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual products.
Fresh produce may naturally vary in size, colour, shape, and appearance.
We aim to provide fresh, good-quality products and accurate product descriptions.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer a suitable alternative, remove the item, or arrange an appropriate refund.
No substitute will be supplied without your consent.
All prices will be displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will be confirmed at checkout.
Applicable delivery charges, discounts, and other fees will be shown before you confirm your order.
We may offer cash on delivery or digital payment methods as displayed in the app.
Customers must pay the amount confirmed for their order.

Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery.
If a product is damaged, spoiled, incorrect, missing, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 2 hours of delivery.
